In 2022 the Neighbourhood Plan for Upton was made.

On 13 Sept 2021 the Parish Council approved the Policies in the final draft Neighbourhood Plan, following the changes made as a result of the Regulation 14 consultation in Feb-March 2021.
The Regulation 15 Submission Version of the Neighbourhood Plan is appended below, together with Appendix 7: Housing Needs Assessment and Appendix 8: Design Guide, the Basic Conditions Statement, and the Consultation Statement Parts 1 & 2. The updated Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment are currently undergoing statutory consultation via CWaC, to take account of the changes to the Policies.
The Consultation Statement Part 1 includes a full list of individual comments submitted to the Regulation 14 consultation, together with responses, There is a also a separate associated document that contains survey summary charts of the responses to the quantitative agree/disagree statements.
Also below is the agreed NDP Parish Council Action List.
