ALL meetings, both full Council and committees are open to ALL Upton Parish residents. Agendas for all meetings are displayed at Upton Library and on the Wealstone Lane Pavilion notice boards. Full Parish Council meetings start at 7.30 pm and include a ten minute Open Forum at which residents can bring matters to the attention of members of the Council. The meetings take place in The Pavilion on Wealstone Lane, Upton at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated below. Future dates are:

1^st Sept 2008, 13^th October 2008, 1^st December 2008, 19^th January 2009, 23^rd February 2009,

6^th April 2009 and 18^th May 2009..

Committees of the Parish Council meet as arranged.

Parish Communications Committee – 7.30pm on Monday 14^th July 2008.
