UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 25th September 2006 at The Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

 

Present:

Cllr Jean Evans, Cllr Jill Houlbrook, Cllr Gill Jordan and Cllr Patricia Lott.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Cllr Gerald Grant and Cllr Robert Thompson.

 

2.                  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

No declarations of interest were received.

 

3.                  TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

           

a.                   27 Upton Park – Extension of dining room

 

                        No objection

 

b.                  21 Kingsmead – Retrospective application to change rear flat roof to pitched.

 

                        No objection

 

c.                   3 Earls Oak – Fell 1 yew, crown clean 1 cedar, crown thin 1 maple, trim back 1 holly.

 

                        No objection

 

d.                  11 Upton Lane – Demolish garage and conservatory and build two storey side and rear extensions.

 

                        No objection, but could construction traffic be requested to use the driveway of the property where possible.  Members do not understand              why the development is coming in front of the bulding line rather than being taken further back.

 

e.                   13 Dukesway – Side extension.

 

                        No objection

 

f.                    8 Mill Close – Double storey side extension.

 

                        No objection
