Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 5^th September 2005 at The Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

Cllr John Cliffe declared an interest in the planning application for Upton Golf Club.

3. TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a. 4 Meadowsway – Utility room extension and side bay window extension.

No objection

b. Greenway, 11 Lawn Driv e – Single storey side extension to form utility room

c. Rosedene, 18 Caughall Road – Extension to existing kitchen and utility room and new hopped roof to existing bay window on East elevation.
