Members have no objection to the application
but would like to see the following
conditions on approval:
a. As
there is a good local bus service, that residents are not allowed to have a
vehicle.
b. That
the lease should say ‘not to cause a nuisance to neighbours’

the owner ensure that the grounds are kept clean and tidy.
