UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 18th May 2009 at the Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

Present:          Cllr David Evans (Chairman), Cllr Jean Evans, Gerald Grant,

                        Cllr Gill Jordan, Cllr Pat Lott Cllr Paul Lowry

                         and Cllr Mil Williams

 

1.        ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEE:

It was proposed by Cllr Jean Evans and seconded by Cllr Gill Jordan that Cllr

David Evans be elected Chairman of the Committee.

Resolved:       that Cllr David Evans be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.

 

 

2.        APOLOGIES:

Resolved:       Apologies were received from Cllr Robert Thompson

 

3.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

No declarations were received.

 

4.         TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a.         Land adjacent to Upton Youth Club – Erection of control kiosk, gates and associated works.

 

            No objection

 

b.         3,4,5 & 6 Charles Road, Moston – Hard standing off road car park.

 

            No objection

 

c.         47 Alwyn Gardens – First floor extension.

 

            No objection

 

d.         24 Mill Lane – First floor side extension to provide bedroom/lightroom and disabled lift.
