Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 1st March 2010 at the Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

3.         TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a.         115 Liverpool Road – Single storey rear extension (Demolition of existing outhouse)

 

            No objection

 

b.         Upton Westlea CP School – Extension to staff room.

 

            No objection

 

c.         3 Walnut Close – Two storey side and rear extensions

 

                        Members object on the grounds of over intensive development with possible impact on attached property.
