3.         TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a.         Public Consultation on Chester Central – A new business quarter for a world class city.

Gemma Easter gave Members a brief outline of the proposals and answered questions.  A response to the consultation will be decided at the next Parish Council meeting.

b.         Land at Duttons Lane – Drilling Appraisal Borehole for Mineral Exploration.

No objection, but Members would like to see a condition attached that all traffic should use the A41/Duttons Lane junction and not Caughall Road.

c.         16 Endsleigh Gardens – Conservatory to rear

            No objection

d.         3 Walnut Close – Two storey side and rear extension.

No objections but Members would like to comment that consideration be given to over massing of the property compared to the neighbouring property.

e.         86 Weston Grove – Change of Use of A1 to A5 (Hot food takeway).

Members object for the following reasons:

            i.          With takeaway businesses already in same row of shops nearby and proposals for additional one on land at The Gamekeeper and the four units proposed for Weston Grove Motors site,  another business of this type is not required.

ii.          This proposal would change the street scene which would be unsuitable for the residential area in which it sits.

f.          58 Daleside – To erect single-storey extension at side and rear.

            No objection
