UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Wednesday 1^st July 2009 at the Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

1. APOLOGIES:

Resolved: Apologies were received from Cllr Paul Lowry, Cllr Gill Jordan, Cllr Jean Evans and Gerald Grant,

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

No declarations were received.

3. TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a. Upton Westlea School – Deveolopement of Children’s Centre with extension of car park.

No objection but would like to see trees replaced.

b. 11 Brooke Avenue – Demolition of lean-to extension and construction of single storey extension to side and rear.

No objection

c. 15 Gatesheath Drive – First flooor side extension and front porch extension.

No objection, but have concerns about closeness to sub-station and that there will be no access to the rear.

d. 25 St James Avenue – Single storey granny annex to rear

Members object on the grounds that this will be a separate house and not an extension as there no access between the old and new buildings.

e. 9 The Beeches – Single storey front extension

No objection
