            No objection

b.         23 Demage Lane – First floor side and single storey rear extension

No objection, but found the very small location plan unhelpful.

There were not building design plans included and Members would like to see the design in keeping with the local vernacular.

e.         9 Arley Close – Single storey rear extension, new pitched roof over existing kitchen and new pitched roof to replace existing flat roof at front of house.
