UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 16th July 2007 at The Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

 

Present:          Cllr Caroline Mosley (Chairman), Cllr Jean Evans, Cllr Gerald Grant, Cllr Peter Griffiths, Cllr Jill Houlbrook, Cllr Gill Jordan and Cllr Pat Lott.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Cllr David Capstick, Cllr Robert Thompson and Cllr David Evans.

 

2.                  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

Cllr Peter Griffiths declared a personal interest in  32 Demage Lane.

 

3.                  TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

            a.         31 Egerton Drive – Two storey side extension

                                No objection

 

b.             13 Cross Green – Single storey kitchen extension and conservatory to rear, Porch to front elevations.

                No objection

 

c.             Bowmere Hospital, The Countess Hospital – Construction of walkway/link through inner courtyard.

                No objection

 

d.             Upton Westlea CP School – Storage container at rear of school

                No objection but Members request that an attempt is made to hide it with greenery.
