3. TO CONSIDER PLANNING
APPLICATIONS:

No objection but hope that lost sports facilities are
provided elsewhere on the site.

Members object as
they have the following concerns:
1. Proposed dwelling is well forward of
the current building line.
2. Plot size seems unacceptably small for
a detached house.

Members have no
objection so long as the additional staff are being relocated from elsewhere on
the site as plans state 110 more staff but only 12 more car parking spaces.
The site already has major parking problems.
