Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 15th January 2007 at The Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

3.                  TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

           

  1. 66 Upton Park – conversion of roof space to bedroom and construction of two dormer windows to rear elevation.

 

Members were concerned that the proposed dormer windows were not appropriate in conservation area.

 

  1. Moston Service Station – Projecting signs and bollards
