APPLICATIONS:

No objection in principle, but have concerns as it was
difficult to make critical observations as only an outline application. i.e. drawing supplied is not clear which if
front or which is rear election adjacent to the highway.
d. The Egerton Arms – 7 no externally illuminated signs 3 non
illuminated signs.
Members object on the following grounds:
i. visual
amenity of the area.
ii. Over
signage of site
iii. Turning
outside of an attractive building into an advertising
hoarding.
iv. Distraction
to motorists at busy junction.
