TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
a.
100 Heath Road – Convert part of residential garden into small
commercial parking area secured by 1.8m high fencing, an existing hedge and
inward opening gates.
Members have no
objection to the proposal and welcome the changes that have been made. Members would like the shop owners to take measures to ensure
that no more than two cars attempt to use the car park to stop the need for
vehicles to reverse out onto the main road.

can see the possibility of users parking along the A41 and using the pedestrian
gate. Can measures be taken to ensure that this does not
happen.
