Members object on the following grounds:

visual amenity of the area as the proposal is for the front elevation of the
premises.
b. There
is plenty of space to the rear of the building for this facility.
c. The
proposed does not match the existing building.
d. As the access is directly from the building, the shelter is in fact part of the main building and therefore subject to the new smoking legislation.
