Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 10^th April 2006 at The Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

3. TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a. Pendower, 9 Upton Lane – Extension to rear and internal alterations

No objection

b. 21 Upton Drive – Alteration and extension of rear ground floor extension and loft.

c. 37 Endsleigh Gardens – First Floor extensions and new front porch

d. Merlewood, 9 Church Lane – Demolition of existing outbuilding and rebuild to form store, garden store, wc and utility room and extend existing conservatory.
