UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Planning Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 25th January 2010 at the Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.

Present:          Cllr David Evans (Chairman), Cllr Jean Evans, Cllr Gerald Grant and Cllr Mil Williams.  Cllr John Butler was also in attendance.

2.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:

No declarations were received.

3.         TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

a.         Chester Zoo – Phase One – Redevelopment and expansion.

 

            See attached response.

 

b.         Moston Garage – To enclose existing yard to form office accommodation, use first floor as residential and carry out external alternations.

 

            No objection
