Present: Cllr David Evans (Chairman), Cllr

Gerald Grant, and Cllr Mil Williams.
1. APOLOGIES:
Apologies were received from Cllr
Gill Jordan, Cllr Pat Lott, Cllr Paul Lowry
and Cllr Robert Thompson.
2. DECLARATIONS
OF INTEREST:
Cllr David Evans and Cllr
Jean Evans declared an interest in item c on the agenda.
3. TO CONSIDER PLANNING
APPLICATIONS:
a. 143 Long lane – Construction of 13no car parking spaces and
access road at Spar Shop
Members welcome the provision of off street parking but
are not convinced that the plan is the best possible layout due to the loss of
too much grassed area. They feel that an
arrangement which allowed cars to pass through onto adjoining land at the front
on the store on the A41 would be prefereable.
They also feel that the pavement at the front of the store could be
reduced back to the line of the bollards to reduce the loss of grassed area.
Members feel there should be a condition that loading and
unloading of goods vehicles should only be done in the goods yard and not at
the front of the building which is currently the case.
b. 8 Meadowsway – Single storey and two storey extensions to
side and rear of dwelling.
No objection
c. 1 St Christophers Close – Raise level of existing roof and
loft conversion.
No objection
