the fence is out of keeping with the area, being open plan.

the fence creates a blind spot when driving around the bend on

concerns about the windows of the new development overlooking neighbouring
properties.
Can you please note the
following: A new driveway has
recently been installed on the property for which the Parish Council did
not see a planning application. Members are
concerned about the
intended future use of the property and if permission given would like to
see it conditional upon the property being used solely as a residence.
