UPTON BY CHESTER & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL

 

Meeting of the Parish Communications Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Monday 2nd October 2006, at the Pavilion on Wealstone Lane, Upton

 

Present:          Cllr. Lindsay Cussons, Cllr. Jean Evans, Cllr Jill Houlbrook, Cllr Chris Reeve,

 

1.                  APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Cllr. Caroline Mosley, Cllr Peter Griffiths, Cllr David Evans and Cllr Gill Jordan.

 

Resolved:       that the apologies be noted.

 

2.                  CHAIRMAN:

 

It was proposed by Cllr Jean Evans and seconded by Cllr Jill Houlbrook that Cllr Chris Reeve be elected.

 

Resolved:       that Cllr Chris Reeve be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.

 

3.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:           

No declarations of interest were received.

Resolved:       that the Standard Newspaper be used for distribution.
