Meeting of the Parish Communications Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Tuesday 1st May 2007, at the Pavilion on Wealstone Lane, Upton

1.                  APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Cllr. Caroline Mosley, Cllr David Evans and Cllr Gill Jordan, Cllr Jill Houlbrook, Cllr Lyndsay Cussons.

 

Resolved:       that the apologies be noted.

 

2.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:           

Cllr Peter Griffiths declared an interest in relation to advertisements in the newsletter.

4.         DEADLINE FOR ITEMS:

 

Resolved:       that items be with the Clerk by Tuesday 8th May 2007.

 

5.         METHOD OF PRINTING:

Resolved:       that the printing be done by the Police Headquarters Print Unit.

 

6.         METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION:

Resolved:       that the Standard Newspaper be used for distribution.

 

7.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING:

Resolved:       to be set at a later date.
