Meeting of the Parish Communications Committee of the Upton by Chester & District Parish Council held on Thursday 9th March 2006, at the Pavilion on Wealstone Lane, Upton

 

Present:          Cllr. Phil Pearn (Chairman), Cllr. Jean Evans, Cllr Geoff Edwards.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Cllr. Caroline Mosley, Cllr Christopher Reeve, Cllr Robert Thompson, Cllr John Cliffe, and Cllr Gill Jordan.

 

Resolved:       that the apologies be noted.

No declarations of interest were received.

Resolved:       that items be with the Clerk by Monday 20th March 2006.

 

6.         METHOD OF PRINTING:

The Clerk reported that she was in the process of getting further quotations from alternative sources to ensure best value and would have these to hand at the Parish Council meeting.

 

Resolved:       that the decision be taken at the Parish Council meeting.

 

7.         METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION:

Resolved:       that the Standard Newspaper be used for distribution.
