2. CONTRIBUTION
TOWARDS ARCHITECTS FEES FOR THE COMMUNITY BUILDING PROJECT:
The
Clerk reported to Members on the amount of fees likely to be charged by the
Architect and also the advice from the Project Manager with regard to the
contribution. Members discussed what the
contribution should be.
Resolved: that the contribution towards the
Architects Fees be £6,000 and that if this figure needed to be revisited it be
delegated to The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chair of Finance.
3. UPDATED PROJECT PROPOSAL:
Members considered the
updated Project Proposal provided by Dr Carey, Project
Manager.
Resolved: that the updated project proposal be
accepted.
