The Pavilion which is owned by the Parish Council and is located by Upton Library is available for hire for many uses. In the past local residents have used the building for young children's birthday parties, art classes, slimming club, meetings, coffee mornings, etc. The charges for using the Pavilion for local residents are: Other persons and Commercial Organisations can also use the facility and charges range from £10.00 to £25.00 dependent on time of day and whether summer or winter.
