are summoned to the next meeting of the Upton by Chester & District Parish
Council is to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 30th January 2012 at The
Pavilion, Wealstone Lane, Upton, Chester.
The
business to be transacted at the meeting is detailed on the agenda below. Will
you please note that Standing Orders will apply at this meeting. Members
of the press and public are entitled to attend and there will be an 'Open
Forum' for 10 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to raise any issues with
the Parish Council.

12. To consider and decide how to respond to
a letter from Fire Brigades Union – Enc
G and also a response from the Chair of Cheshire Fire Authority – Enc H.
13. To discuss whether to continue with the Civic
Service - this currently involves taking part in a different church service in
the area each year.
14. To receive a report on a child from the
area winning a competition to create a symbol for the Queen’s Jubilee.
15. To consider further information in
relation to the request from Pinders All Human Production Circus for July 2012
16. To consider a motion to - ‘Ask Cheshire
West & Chester to take action to alleviate flooding at the junction of
Brooke Avenue and the A41’
17. To consider ideas for the speaker at the
2012 Annual Assembly meeting.

receive a report from Borough Councillors on issues which affect Upton.
